Tamoil Netherlands opens a new gas station in Meeden, located in the northern part of the country.
Tamoil is growing in the Dutch fuel market and currently operates 212 gas stations in the Netherlands. “Our ambition is not only to further expand the number of gas stations the coming years,” says Ronald Kempen, Managing Director of Tamoil Netherlands. “In addition, we are always looking for ways to make our gas stations more sustainable.”
The new Tamoil station runs entirely on green electricity. This power comes from the 48 solar panels on the roof of the newly built location and from the Solar Park at the TT (Tourist Trophy) race circuit, of which Tamoil is a shareholder.
Tamoil stands for high quality fuel at a competitive price. That is why Tamoil is celebrating the opening of the gas station with an opening campaign: customers can refuel up to and including November 24, 2019 with discounts of up to 20 cents per liter.
Even after the opening campaign the prices remain competitive. Tamoil Express Meeden is spacious for both private and business customers and is located at the bottom of the ‘Meeden’ entrance and exit of the freeway N33. Customers can go there for Euro 95 (E10), Superplus 98 (E5) and Diesel. The speed of the diesel pump can be increased from 40 to 80 liters per minute.
