Tamoil Nederland opens a new T-Energy Station featuring its fifth Flocafe

Ridderkerk, 16 April 2025 – Tamoil Nederland has opened its latest station, T-Energy Emmen De Blikken, on the N34 – the main traffic artery in Drenthe, west of Emmen. The busy N34 is also known as the Hunebed Highway. This T-Energy station features a unique design with three menhirs (elongated stones) supporting the canopy, referencing the region’s prehistoric dolmens.

In addition to offering conventional fuels, this unique site also provides green energy, including future EV charging options, and a spacious shop that includes its 5th Flocafe in the Netherlands. T-Energy Emmen De Blikken is the 9th T-Energy station opened by Tamoil Nederland. On the opposite side of ‘De Blikken’ at Westerveld stop, Tamoil Nederland will begin developing a second fuel station in autumn 2025.

Brand-New Shop with the 5th Flocafe in the Netherlands

The shop features a new concept developed by Tamoil Nederland, incorporating its 5th Flocafe Espresso Room in the country. Tamoil Nederland is a franchisee for the Flocafe brand in the Dutch market. Coffees are prepared using various blends and in accordance with World Barista Championship (WBC) standards. The café also offers a special selection of fresh sandwiches and treats. Since 1994, Flocafe—part of Greece’s largest business group, Vivartia—has operated over 60 locations in Greece and internationally (including London, Prague, Egypt, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Hungary) and holds a strong presence in shopping malls, ships, airports, highways, and hospitals.

Special Opening Promotions

Starting Wednesday, 16th April, customers have enjoyed up to 20 cents off per litre of Euro 95, Superplus 98 and Diesel for 20 days (discount based on Tamoil’s advisory price). Refuelling at T-Energy Emmen De Blikken is available 24/7. During shop opening hours, anyone purchasing 20 litres of fuel receives a free 2-litre can of windshield washer fluid, while supplies last.

• Saturday: 8:00 – 21:00
• Sunday: 9:00 – 21:00
Customers can also collect stamps to receive a free coffee—every sixth cup is free.

Private customers receive up to 5 cents off per litre with the free Tamoil app. Business customers can refuel and charge with additional benefits using the Mobility Card and Business App, accepted at over 600 stations in the Netherlands, along with access to an online portal.
